Do I need an appointment for a drug test?
No. Walk in Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or book a time online if you would rather hold a slot.
How long does a visit take?
About 15 minutes for a typical visit. Check-in with your ID and paperwork takes about two minutes, and the specimen is sealed and initialed in front of you.
When will I get my results?
Rapid testing gives instant results. Laboratory testing takes 24 to 72 hours.
Do I need insurance or a doctor's order?
Neither. Testing is self-pay, and no doctor's order is needed for self-requested testing. Standard catalog prices are temporarily not displayed while the catalog is reviewed. The Custom Rapid Panel and Custom Non-DOT Lab Panel selectors display their prices after a substance is selected.
What should I bring?
A photo ID. If an employer, an agency or a court is requiring the test, bring the order as well. It names the exact panel and says whether the result has to travel under a documented chain of custody, and arriving without it is the most common reason a visit has to be repeated.
